I thought ACJC and NJC had one of the coolest college uniform back then.
The grey grey one cool? -

MGS and Fairfield Methodist uniform is super comfy. Pleated skirts with baggy blouse tucked out. Love it. Only thing is, it is compulsory to wear camisoles underneath the blouse and it can be a little warm on hot days.
MGS uniform is a sleeveless dress with a top over it, not a skirt and blouse. But it is nice looking. -

I thought HCJC's uniform was smart with their tight skirt. But not very practical because they can't sit cross legged on the field.

really, whats so disgusting about that?its still formal school attire, not like its exposing any part of the body which shouldnt be exposed.havnt any of u seen the casual attire of many young females in campus and in shopping centres, now thats plain gross.ChiefKiasu:
Actually, I think it is unforgivable for schools to make their secondary boys wear shorts all the way to sec 4. It's just plain obscene.
Agree! Utterly disgusting! Upper Sec boys should be wearing long pants! -
Nowadays, shorts are not that 'short' for boys lah..so it is not that obscene. In fact , they are more like 'culottes' - knee length and slightly baggy...kinda cool looking and very practicable for Singapore's weather.
Think my son wouldn't mind wearing that all the way to year 6.

During my days when we were in JC (during the 1st 3 mths prior to getting O-level results) when we attended JC in our Sec school uniforms, it was really odd to see those guys walking in and out of lecture theatres in shorts....Nowadays, shorts are not that 'short' for boys lah..so it is not that obscene. Some guys with exceptional hairy legs, while some guys totally fair, smooth and hairless! :yikes: -
