to think abt it, actually having PMS at void decks has another added advantage......by denying the oppo a proper office, it is doing the oppo a favour
why ? because they make the oppo more cost efficient, and make the PAP wards look like wasting money -- that is why their conservancy charges are higher than in oppo wards....they said potong pasir has the lowest conservancy charges, right ? someone can verify ?
