Heard KCPPS will be moving away to AMK St 23, but probably only for upper pri pupils, cos AMK St 23 buildings may not be able to accomodate so many pupils.

it is very unlikely only the upper pri pupils move only. the AMK building used to house a secondary school. there is more than enough space to house the whole pri sch. Also, it would be an administrative nightmare to operate at 2 premises.

don't think they will put the students through all the noise and dust at the current premise during the upgrading. if they do, many parents will protest :stompfeet:

Move whole sch or only the upp pri, that’s unconfirmed.

But move to AMK St 23 is pretty concrete.

You can probably try the one in Serangoon. St Nicks in AMK is out as they ballot within 1km for 2B. The one in TPY is may ballot outside 2Km for 2B but there is no gaurantee that they won't ballot for the nearer distances if there are many applicant.

Have decide try 2B CHIJ TP balloting > 2km (got chance) or If happen balloting <1km (no hope) then I will apply Marymount convert under 2C (shd be no problem to get in rite ?)

You are free to register in ANY school in Singapore…only problem is that you stand a lower chance of getting a place if that school is more than 2km away.

So yes, you can register for any CHIJ schools no matter where you are staying.

But since you will be moving in with your MIL, you should quickly change your NRIC address to the Bishan address. I believe Street 12 is considered 1-2 km from CHIJ TP, so you will have a better chance of getting in if your residential address is the one in Bishan.

I don't think changing of address is dependent on whether you have sold

your flat or not, but you need some document proof to change
your address.
