You need to be in the GRC where you stay.

I know it is not neccesary for CCC and CCMC but getting into CCC/CCMC is much more difficult than RC/NC.

Their system so clever ah? Then those short of 1 year… how to appeal?

nothing to do with the system. each NC/RC will determine who is eligible before they enter into the system mah.

Write to Chairman also no use, he has no power in this. Write/email to MP better.

Hence it is not the same as the current address recorded in Grassroot Connect for priority registration. Are we still able to change the address in Grassroot Connect ? The application will be rejected if the address in Grassroot Connect and NRIC is different.

You can't change the address in the GC system. By the way, just wonder why you decide to change the address on your NRIC at this juncture before getting the letter? Can't wait? Now may be tricky. But does you still stay within the same GRC/SMC? In your case, an appeal to PA may be required.
