Cos it's cheaper to pack in Malaysia. Also milk packed under different brand names is basically the same except for the pricing. If my memory did not fail me, Everyday Milk and Dumex are produced by same company and basically they are the same. The only difference is their price - one appeal to the mass and the other 'upper' class.

It's same company with different brand names for same product. Purpose is to capture all levels in the market.

taiwan media reported that drinks sold at Shihlin night market may be affected also and these include shaved ice products, fruit drinks, preserved snacks, ahboling balls etc so probably advise your kids to avoid buying or better still bring own mineral water along Tour guides will also remind the tourists not to buy.

so probably they know the chemical is toxic but come to profit margins and better earnings, they could have put the fear aside
