Hmm :scratchhead: for this, must ask the shifus... My loaves are always baked using the bread maker.

Unfortunately, no time to try out any further. I lost the recipe my mum gave me and pulled one from the internet. I think it uses too much rice flour for the custard. It took a long time to set. So overall, I am not satisfied with this recipe.Funz.......i am so excited seeing yr kueh salat..... :please: :love:
i had tried making this nonya kueh long ago....,
but i am NOT satisfied with it as the the top part dun taste like those bot fr bangawan.....
and also problem getting fresh coconut milk.
u said that yr recipe needs to be tweaked,
may i know why u are not satisfly with, or what do u think can be improved?
can post yr recipe here after u have tweaked it..... :please:
