Wow, all of you are so good in baking! Any easy recipes (real easy?) for bread making for children without a breadmaker? TIA.

          Hi

For a start, what should I try first? Cup cake or cake? Thks
Depends on your kids' preference. Some kids enjoy eating cute little cupcakes than eating slices of cakes...

Hmm :scratchhead: for this, must ask the shifus... My loaves are always baked using the bread maker. šŸ˜„

Funz.......i am so excited seeing yr kueh salat..... :please:

i had tried making this nonya kueh long ago....,
but i am NOT satisfied with it as the the top part dun taste like those bot fr bangawan.....
and also problem getting fresh coconut milk.

u said that yr recipe needs to be tweaked,
may i know why u are not satisfly with, or what do u think can be improved?

can post yr recipe here after u have tweaked it..... :please:
Unfortunately, no time to try out any further. I lost the recipe my mum gave me and pulled one from the internet. I think it uses too much rice flour for the custard. It took a long time to set. So overall, I am not satisfied with this recipe.

I found a few other recipes will try out when I can find pockets of time.
