Yep, they like to sell the square pieces of pig blood. Also pig liver and pig brain is supposed to be very good. My mum used to buy to make soup for us. The liver is supposed to θ‘₯θ‘ and the brain is supposed to θ‘₯θ

actually all parts of the pig can be eaten leh - trotters, skin, intestines, kidney, liver, blood, tail, stomach, ears, brains, etcβ¦

My mum made pig's brain soup for me for one of the my exams (cannot remember whether it's PSLE or O Level). Anyway, didnt do exceptionally well even after consuming the brain. :sick: The texture is like tofu though.
