Stupid question here as if I do not have anything and only based on distance of <1 KM, which phase of registration is allocated for me?

If you are a Singaporean or PR, you will be in Phase 2C if I am not wrong.

I thought if there is limited in Phase 2A2.. after P1 and Phase 2A1... by going early will mean I have enrolled.. hehe... kiasu ma..

So far never heard of Phase 2A2 having to ballot at all before. If you end up with that, must be really \"breaking record\" - can buy 4D sure strike liao!

Understand your stress...experienced that last year...
but it's not always the case of early bird catches the worm. At phase 2A2, all birds will get the worm. So far there has not been any case of balloting at 2A2.
Not many parents apply to be in alumni (phase 2A1)...yours truly here didn't All the best.

Hi I think this will sound like a silly question but do both parents need to be present to register the child or only one parent (bringing the other absent parent’s IC) will do?
