Yah since BtView typically has places left for 2C(supp), u can treat it as a back-up plan. At least u tried Keming, so u can explain to kiddo it's not that u wont let her enrol there with her good frens... hee

Phase 2C(supp) is for those who balloted unsucessfully in phase 2C lor... Registration is on 14th Aug. Same distance category will apply as in previous phases, ie still need to ballot if demand exceed supply. Not first come first serve (thats for phase 3).

No, 2C supp is still based on distance. The nearer the school, the higher chance of getting in.
