Dunno why, maybe cos I did not reduce sugar this time round, since my staff prefer sweeter cakes, the top turned brown and cracked. .

Ooh I love marble cheese cake... May I know why there's an additional word \"cotton\" there? As soft as cotton huh?

Congratulations! Baking is that easy ..just discovered it recently too. Now I am baking almost once a week ... no good for my waist line ... and my daughter's too :lol:

And my hub has given me the nod to buy the bread machine to bake bread next :imcool:

I simply love cakes with coffee
