Finally, i made my own brownies....my first time baking :rahrah:

Indeed...i love it!

I follow HHB recipe...nuts and chocolate chips brownies...Very easy and simple. What i need is building my confident

Will bake cupcake next time

Congratulations! Baking is that easy ..just discovered it recently too. Now I am baking almost once a week ... no good for my waist line ... and my daughter's too :lol:

And my hub has given me the nod to buy the bread machine to bake bread next :imcool:

I simply love cakes with coffee

Yah soft and fluffy like cotton. Cos this is not the NY style cheesecake but the Jap style cheesecake.

Ang Ku Kueh, or green in this instance and without the Ku pattern cos I do not have the mould.

I think cakes are easier to make then kuehs. Well at least the basic cakes without all the frills of cream and such.
