This looks familiar? A brilliant design of its time.

Oi. Where you get this picture of my throne? I spent 3 years sitting in it and the next 4 years breaking it apart.

Shhh...secret...your clever parents snapped a picture before you rip it apart.. Are those your lotus root legs too?

 I found it at the nonya store in Banquet Parkway Parade before it was converted into an ice-kachang/ice-cream store. I never forgave the Banquet owner for that.

Alamak now I am also  with the boss, just cut my possible link back to this triangle.... anyone else has come across this? I am surprised it is not preserved as a delicacy like the tutu kuehs.
I thot those are called Circles, not Circus.....Maybe they are renamed by clowns :rotflmao:

Chingu....circus is correct leh....Singapore tourist board said so....

            http://www.singapore-tourist-info.com/newton-circus-singapore.php

            read this:
The word \"circus\" usually means \"a travelling company of entertainers; including trained animals\". However in Singapore's context, the word is also synonymous with \"rotary\" which means \"traffic circle - a road junction at which traffic streams circularly around a central island\".
so our traffic are all trained animals :scratchhead:
