He's an ACSian to begin with, so when he got the DSA, he didn't even think twice! IB, especially in ACSI which is tops in the world, makes sense, especially because he thrives on language, presentations, people-skills etc. He LOVES it so far. Only complaint - I hardly get to see him! Between activities, competitions, camps and project meetings, and of course, the new friends he makes in the course of all these things, he barely comes home! So far, no tuition or anything, he's also keeping his head above the water in IB as far as academics are concerned, so I think he has really grown all-round as a person. So sorry, can't compare with RI, NUSH as I have no experience or first-hand knowledge. Hope this helps...Hi ktc 100,
Oh your ds is already in acsi year 2. May I ask why did he choose acsi? Why did he choose the ib instead of the conventional A level? Does he enjoy the school and the programme? What would his advice be to a p6 boy who is considering acsi among other schools like ri and nus high? Thanks -
