thanks for your replies. we are not from pei chun and falls under the less than 2 km category. do you think parent voluntary will improve our chances?

May I know when your child will be registering for P1? I think PV will help to a certain extent... but I heard there were also ballots for PV within 2 km... Do take note of closing dates for PV...

Also depends on which year. Like the year of the dragon, erm usually it's harder.

My girl attended the 2.5 days Maths and Science Camp organized by Kingsfield Education Centre Centre Pte Ltd.

My girl enjoyed herself and had quite some fun. They learn about dinosaurs and volcano eruptions, money and colour changing. There were quite a lot of students who joined the camp but luckily everything was quite organized. The excursion was also quite well organized… my girl came back with some guppies and a bottle of fresh goat milk…

I am glad I have signed her up for this camp.

            Hi Callie,

My boy enjoyed himself tremendously too ! He only came back with the guppies, think he drank the goat milk already…haha…

I wished for the camp to be longer, as in a few more days, since it’s so enjoyable…

Teacher's day this year is on 2nd Sep. See here :
                      http://www.moe.edu.sg/schools/terms-and-holidays/#scheduled-sch-hols

Think from this year onwards, both Teachers and Children's day will be on the first friday of Sep and Oct respectively.
