[is that so? they told me to call back next year, hence giving me an impression that they did accept pv. but their hum-hawing also gives me an impression that they are not keen on pv for Phase 2B purpose. maybe they are just trying to humour me after my 3rd email to them.

I am currently in their PSG, and yes, confirmed that they have not accepted any PVs so far. But who knows, they may change their plans next year. So no harm checking then again!

            mowmow,
            thanks for clarifying.
cos this was not what the admin staff told me.
in any case, we are those if-have-good-if-don't-have-like-that-lor type of parents. šŸ˜‰
my husband said involvement in grassroots can get very politic and is deadset against signing up for this purpose. so like that lor. šŸ˜‰

Update (my wifey called @ 11am) for Keming

              Less than 1Km - 73 applicants
              Between 1Km & 2Km - 11 applicants
              More than 2KM - 1 applicant

seems like come tomorrow, most probably those within 1Km for Keming will also need to ballot

Don't use the angel brackets, FMz. They will get truncated. Just say less than or greater than.

FMz, think ur post appear funny becoz u use the <and> symbols. Try re-typing out 'within 1km' to replace '< 1km' etc.

Edit: Oops chief is faster šŸ™‚

You could call them. If they say not ready yet, then you'll just have to wait.
