So grateful to all the kind souls helping to solve my problem as I really in a lost. Glad to hear some positive feedback on Monfort! Worried about the school’s academic underachievement…

Cannot compare to other top school. MJS accepts all students, foreigner and slow learner too.
So far I find the school acceptable. This is a single session boys school, has ample facilities and coupled by its low enrolment, it is not as crowded as some other school.
As for its low enrolment, I believe being a catholic boy school and there are many other primary school in the vicinity may be one of the reason.

Anyone saw the latest update from moe for hougang schools? Amazing only xin min and hougang primary have a huge turnout for phase 2c. Seems like confirmed balloting on the first day itself. Surprised by the low turnout for HIPS and CHIJ and Paya Lebar. Maybe all parents are waiting for day 3.
Wish all parents registering their kids in this phase good luck! -

Last year HIPS was super hot!
HGP this year offer lesser seats.. maybe that's cause the high turnout.
As for Xin Min, is quite consistence.

Received confirmation yesterday.. Yeah... my child has been take in by HIPS successfully without balloting within 1km..
