compared with citizen who has 2 ballot slips. so is it half ? how to count huh ? in another thread i already confessed i don't know how to count

Assume 1 citizen and 1 PR.

Previously, it would be 1 balloting slip each. So, chance of picking either was 50%.

Now, citizen = 2 slips, while PR = 1 slip. So, total = 3 slips. Chance for PR will be = 1/3 = 33.33%. Hence, from 50% to 33.33% not half leh.

Of course, we know that it will not be the case of just 1 citizen and 1 PR.

If you have not been a parent volunteer, nor a grassroot leader, nor joined any church or clan, then yes...phase 2C.

Hi Fellow Parents,


My son needs to register into P1. We stay in Toa Payoh and are foriegners (on student pass). May I ask for assistance (reality check) on which school in Toa Payoh (accepting boys) or nearby (Novena, Bishan) will be us better chances of getting a slot at Phase 3? Really appreciate your assistance as we are very lost in this whole exercise. Thank you very much in anticipation.
