not me, is my DS; he very passionate about math, once he lays his hand on math books, he does not need to sleep, pee, eat, etc etc

haha.. thanks. You and your sabre have flashed since KiasuParents was a very quiet town to the now hustling and bustling prime property and the first few people i got to know.
From when we both resided together with our ILs, to our now new homes leh.. Can see how long we here anot..
For being such a long-time supporter to the forum what with your hands-down super knowledge on primary school registration procedures, you earned this.
Psst.. DS2's registration issues should be chicken feed to you.
:congrats: on your Community Support Award. :celebrate:
:moneyflies: KACHING!
in 2008, chiefkiasu helped me alot in my virgin P1 registration. so 2009, with a little knowledge, i tried to pay it forward :imanangel: . it's good to see that's how our community function as a whole.
ds2's registration nothing much. intend to go for ballot in another school (not ds1) since they said no pv (i wrote to them numerous times). also selected backup school already (nice new building should be ready by then). i like to stretch out my child-rearing experiences....my 2 boys went to different preschools, so i 'relive' a whole new preschool experience with ds2 and i'm lovin' it. additionally, with the suitable age gap (4yrs), different pre/primary schools also won't cause too much logistics issues.
(and you see....ds1 is a goody2shoes and ds2 is not exactly a yes-man....won't want such uncalled for comparison by insensitive teachers/classmates  ) -
