Haizzz, I live on ground floor unit. Every evening there is a congregation of smokers at the drop off point at my block. These fellas are not allowed to smoke at home or just outside their unit so they make their way downstairs to smoke and we the ground floor units suffer. Have requested for the management to put up no smoking signs at the drop off points or designate smoking area further away but as usual, no action taken. So resort to politely requesting if these fellas can move a bit further away to smoke. Some very kindly moved but others just stare at me.

I live on high floor also no use, the one living above my floor smokes. Depending on the direction of the wind, sometimes the smoke will get \"into our eyes\"
