I'm refering to Kong Hwa school. 57 applicants @ 2 pm. Those outside 2 Km have to ballot.

Oh so cool this year? It usually ballot for those staying within 1km, for the last 3 yrs..

Maybe it’s because they are shifting to Ubi temporary for 2 year starting Year 2010. I heard Ubi area is always jam in the morning & evening time when ppl goes to work or come back from work.


But it’s still too early to say. There may be a group of crowd just waiting for last min to register.

We’ll only know when the result comes out tomorrow.

Sorry I shouldn't use the word \"results\". What I mean is tomorrow we will know all schools how many applicants under Phase 2C. Balloting will be much later date.

hi, does anyone know the latest tally score for kong hwa & ngee ann ? This was as of this morning - KHS 57 applied vs 54 , ngee ann 95 applied vs 127.
