          Hi all!

Sorry ,if anyone give this tip already.I couldnโ€™t flip all pages now.
I have tried and it worked. To get a white teeth, peel the orange and brush with the inside of the skin.
Another way soak some salt and lemon juice and brush with this.โ€“it helps get rid of the bad smell.

Every morning, before brush, take a mouthful of sesame oil (til oil) and soak/hold for few seconds (couldnโ€™t hold for long) then spit the oil then brush with toothpaste. It helps to clean your mouth as well as instine(stomach).

Lizards- pound 2 chillies or 4 cili padis, mix with a glass of water and spray at the lizard and spray at their most frequent hideouts.

Boric acid/borax is also good to repel them but it is also difficult to get it in SG.
