Since you are an old boy of RVPS, you should place the bet on RVPS which is confirm 100% to get in. CHIJ (Kellock) in past balloting history balloting only happened for those staying more than 2km.

Guess your DD be it in RVPS or CHIJ (Kellock) she would have to open up & expand her network of friends. This is a learning process that every child have to learn.

Just my 2 cents worth of opinion.

        Thanks, sall & LKVM.

I prefer mixed sch, but my DH prefer girl sch.... He also think that CHIJK is academically better than the other two.

I tried to argue that fetching DD to and fro will be a concern next time when there is CCA as we don't have a direct bus to CHIJK. Still, he want to stick to CHIJK. So I hope that the mummies & daddies here can convince him loh... >.<
Agree with you that CHIJ (Kellock) also do not have any direct bus to reach. Bus services that pass through are Bus Services: 61, 124, 143, 166. I stay Bt Merah also zero buses to go there :imdrowning:

Thanks for your advice ... Appreciate it ... But between RVPS and CHIJ kellock , may I know which is less stressful and less taxing ? At least for the P1 and P2 children?

In all schools, the programme are under the scrutiny of MOE. They should be about the same. I don't think it's possible to say which sch is less stressful. If your child is very shy, it'll be better to put her in a mixed sch so she'll get to mix with both boys and girls.

Hi I’m new to the forum. Need to register my twins for P1 next mth. Need some info on Zhangde. Interested to send them to either Zhangde or Gan Eng Seng. Anyone with input on Zhangde please let me know.

              Thx.

Zhangde Primary is more popular than Gan Eng Seng Primary in Bt Merah area. Try to register if you are within 1 Km of ZDPS & normally all places would be taken up at the end of Phase 2C.

As for GESPS, it would take some time time to develop as the history of the school is rather short. GESPS usually have places up to Phase 2C supplementary stage.
