what is DSA?
means u can use ur outside CCAs point for direct admission to a certain secondary sch but provided u meet the neccessary criteria for that preferred sch la...
eg: RGSS has DSA for rg (rhythemic gym), so Funx3's DD can use her skills in rg to gain access into RGSS...
