1) today first day only.
2) phase 1 is dependent on the number of siblings. not actually reflects preference of school.
3) maybe ZD's student population has more siblings compared to RMPS (maybe more towards higher income lesser kid kindof scenerio?)

must see vacancies left at phase 2c to truly gauge popularity.

Mummy of 2, for Phase 1, we have to wait closer to the commencement of P2A1 registration to know the exact number of applicants. Schools are given time to process the application.

Hence, what you see now may not be reflective.

From previous years' experience, Zhangde's staff were quite fast in updating applications to MOE system, whereas staff in RMPS were not so fast. Hence, don't be surprise if you see a sudden surge in the number of applications for RMPS on MOE website/TV text after 7 pm tonight.


It's too early to conclude anything just after one day.

BTW, RMPS doesn't organise any open house, whereas Zhangde and GESPS do.

I won't be surprised if I do not see any more increase in the number of applicants for Zhangde after today. Likewise, I won't be surprised if I see an increase in the number of applicants for RMPS after today.

Yes finally decided on Zhangde since it's nearest and suits DS better. He's very 好胜 so will (hopefully) be more motivated in a less academic school. Will be bringing him to the open house on sat
