Apologize for the ignorance, but you mentioned that we cannot apply into 2 schools at any single phase, just like to ask if it would be possible say for 2B to submit an application in the morning time slot, observe the number of applicants vs places for that phase, and decide to opt out before re-submitting at another school during the afternoon time slot?

Or would we know of the number of applications for that phase in real time?

It is possible. You will have to withdraw from the first school before you are allowed to register with the second school.

For this, you will need to check with the school.

it would not be real time but the number of applicants are periodically updated and posted on some board within the school, usually at the registration centre.

you can try calling, and hope that the staff that pick up your call is kind & free enough to walk over and check the status for you.

Am currently staying with my in laws in the west, but I have my own flat in sengkeng. Will like to kn if my child fail to register in phrase 2C intake can we change our address to sengkeng in order to register for primary school there.

Will you still be staying with your in-laws if your son is admitted to a school in Sengkang? You should only register using the address where you will be physically located.

By the way, if your son fails to get into the school in P2C, you can only register him in P2CS. Those popular schools will have their places filled by P2C, so is there any point in changing your address back to Sengkang?

It is too late to change your address. You need to change at least 3 months before registration
