2011 P1 Registration Exercise for 2012 In-Take

I remembered I did fill up a pink form leh. These parents makes me really kan cheong . Why we still haven't received the confirmation letter yet. :scratchhead:

If you are unsure, just call the school admin to confirm. I did that ytd as I told them that just in case of some freak accident, they missed out my dd's name, I still got chance in 2A. The school confirmed they have not issued the notification letter. This usually take some time.

Phase 1 is for siblings - I think it is fair to say parents wants kids in same school for convenience of picking up, etc. No reason why there should be a limit to this.


Phase 2A is for school advisory board member, staff and alumni - These group is seen to have contributed to the school, thus the priority accorded. It will mainly affect the \"older\" schools who have huge following of alumni.

Singapore has more than enough schools to cater to all school going kids. It is just which school that the parents want for their kids. If you insist in going after the very popular schools, then of course the competition is keen and you need to put in the effort to work out your plan and strategy.

Sometimes, popular schools may not be the best / suit the kids. I've seen so many cases whereby friends regretted their decision to place kids in those schools.

from only 43 to now 79...

180 - 79 = 101 for 2A1 onwards...

so starting 05 Jul.... i gt to be pumping blood to my heart everyday else i faint, js by looking at the results...
