But you have landed property right?

Yes, but after careful consideration, it's really too huge for us, though it will have space to run around the house. šŸ˜‰

      and knock down furniture.....

Thanks for sharing the site, maid. Looks helpful.

Yes, it's a very useful forum. I learnt a lot of things from there as a new dog owner way back then.

Hi maid, do you know if the forum is still live? I tried to register but they haven't activated my account yet and it's been two days.

Part of the fun in preparing to get a pet is the research. Along the way you learn a lot more about each breed.

Me, I did it opposite, got the dog first then go research on it. Well that was because he was a surprise gift from DH. One moment I was overseas on an assignment, next moment, when I came home, there were those puppy eyes starring at me from behind my sofa. I gave DH a good scolding but promptly fell in love with the dog anyway.

Yes, we are actually enjoying the scouting around, watching dog trainings, googling about different dogs and understanding different dogs' behaviours.

Funz, your DH is so sweet to give you the surprise.

Sorry, jtoh. Missed this. Just saw it.

The dog fourm's owner is a very busy lady. She's hardly online and relies a lot on the Mods to keep the place tidy ..... em, I am not a Mod there.

Previously, it used to be instant approval, until some unpleasant incidents happened and from then on, approval is needed before one can become a member.

Sorry, I am no longer active there (don't even go in there at all), so cannot tell you more, but all I can say is that it can take a while for her to approve your registration. Not even sure if she's even coming into the forum. A lot of old members have left and it's no longer the same forum that I knew when I got my dog 7 years ago. But basic dog info still there though.

Singapore kind of landed property is not enough for a border collie to thrive. They need acreage, not sq m.

I need to shift to a farm then....
