Thanks for sharing. Does your girl take the school bus home? What time does she reach home? I actually thought of putting her in IJ OLQP as an alternative but I read many comments online that OLQP is not so good.

No prob...sorry for posting it so late though.
My dad picks my daughter and then my son. They both reach home at 145pm.

Although OLQP is much closer home than TP, I have more 'feel' for IJ TP as I was from there.

Same thoughts too. The ties are just too strong. I was from IJ Vic since kindergarten all the way to IJ Sec in TP. Guess I have to make logistics arrangement if I decide to put my girl there.

Transferred to Kellock for 8 months before going to IJ TP in 1984 when it was completed and was at IJ Sec all the way. IJ TP was meant to for IJ Victoria then.

P1 girls have been regrouped. Daughter tells me she goes to Violet for her Chinese lessons. They are still taking normal Chinese.
CL spelling list is out. First spelling is on 6/7.

My daughter goes to Violet for her CL class. The teacher in charge told me there are 15 in the class and most of the girls are from non-speaking CL families. I'm very relieved she will be benefitting from a small class. My son didn't enjoy that when he was in P1. Cheers for IJ TP :rahrah:

Yes, my daughter likes her a lot...actually she likes all her teachers.
Daughter recommended to attend remedial every Thur since last term.
I'm all for it bcos she is learning with her friends.

My girl also has suppl class starting this tomorrow. My girl told me its offered to everyone and we can also opt out. Wow, the school is very \"on the ball\" , P1 only....My boy's school does not even has any supplementary for any boys in P1 & 2.Anyway, its really good to know that they put in the extra effort to help the girls. :thankyou:
