This is the natural goodness of homemade. Maybe fr store they add more artificial colouring?

ya, the recipe calls for 'pandan paste' but i omitted it, think that's why the color is not nice. πŸ˜„

                    Hi fellow breadmakers

                    Good news to share...

After dropping some hints, my hubby went to OG and buy the Z machine as he was nearby ....and as he has to spend $50 to be entitled to buy the product at the special rate ...he bought a wok too ... that's for my mil who was delighted πŸ™‚

I baked my first loaf of basic bread yesterday ...and it was a success! It tasted yummy with mushroom soup for this morning breakfast :imcool:

The only upset was the slicing process ...the normal kitchen didn't work well ....anywae ... can't wait to bake another loaf again :boogie:

                      Hi Ladies,

                      I’m new to this club.
I’m so tempted to buy the Z machine after reading all your comments! I can smell your bread…
used to make alot when overseas. have yet to buy 1 in S’pore. is the PWP offer for Z machine still on at OG?

Csc, congratulations on your new toy! Wow your DH is so sweet. Can go OG to shop for you some more.
Did you buy the bread knife! You need one in order to slice the loaf thinly and beautifully. :celebrate:
