Most of all, avoid the high end cars as Bukit Timah richer people… Unlikely drive japan, korean cars…

ya it sounds like bukit timah people drive VW Polo & Jetta or Fiat 500 versus the Lexus 600HL driven by those 'poorer' folks not living in bukit timah
talk about stereo-typing :faint: :faint: -

Actually not true.... heard about the flooded forum basement parking. It could be any parents sending their kids to julia gabriel.... Not just the richer ones.
We've actually committed to a purchase.... hopefully COE will go sky high and they get me a sky high paper value
Actually not likely.

Heard that 2 weekends ago, BMW 3 series was going at 150K while 5 series going at 200K. Those continental cars like having sale now that led COE to keep rising.
Anyway..... I just hope that it will continue to raise till i secure my COE :imanangel: -

Yes saw the ads. Even Volvo S80 going at some special price.... Continental car sales despite another 4k COE hike.... so category B COE will probably stay high for a while. -
Just chatting with my colleagues yesterday. He got into an major accident with his merc-180. He told me his servicing usually 20K and 40K, costing $600+/- and $1400+/- respectively...
Tink we give continential mid-executive cars a miss :siam:
COE :nailbite: COE :nailbite: Please come down....
