A Toh Yi resident (quite old but fiery woman) knocked on the windows of drivers who alight their kids at the walkway...she was rather LOUD when she told them to drive into Blk 6/7 to alight the kids.
If I'm staying at Blk 5, I would be very unhappy with the traffic jam & horning caused by inconsiderate drivers every morning.
It's no joke.

I already got warning from NEA official last week for not turning off my car's engine while waiting for my dd...

not sure whether the official is stationed there daily...he was in plain clothes last week and warned us that there will be a fine of $70 if get caught next time....

he took down the reg no...if it is first time, NEA will treat it as a warning...if already got warning before, then fine $70.... this was what i was told by the NEA official...

They Really Keep the Database ....
We Kena Fine for PArking in Toh yi Drive, After they issue Warning 1 time .... And We Stay in Toh Yi!
