350 deg? isnt that too high? I think my oven max is 250 or 270 deg only.

since we're on the topic of ovens, can i check with u mummies here,

i bought tis kind of convectional oven for baking... but the outcome of my baking product doesnt turn out well leh. :sad:

i chk with the harvey norman guy & he said this kind of oven suitable for baking cakes & cookies & even roasting...

the manual also said so..

but why cant i get a good end product?

something wrong with my recipe but i follow cook book

or something wrong with the way i prepare & mix the ingredients :skeptical: :gloomy:

You have to let me know exactly wat went wrong... For me, I also trial n error the receipes.. sometimes it is the way we whipped the mixture, the temp (cannot go according to book) as their oven is season wif baking liao.. thus temp for urs which is BN is diff.. so haf to really try a bit here n there.. n some receipes cannot go according one.. coz it doesnt really wrk tat way too..
