How would anyone know that when phase 2A is not even over?

if you know the school you're working on and where it stands in phase 2A its easy to work the probability of having ballot at phase 2b and the distance the ballot will fall under..

My hubby is the ex student of the pri school, however he may not be able to come along with me for DD registration under 2A2 on mon. Is it ok? Must both parent be present? If not, need his Letter of Authority?

It is okay if your hubby can't make it but make sure you have the following documents plus his report book (from that Primary School) ?PSLE cert showing issued by that school.

Documents to Show Eligibility for Phase 2A(2)
Relevant documents certifying the status (e.g. staff or former student of the school) of the parent, brother or sister and also the relationship between the brother or sister and the child must be provided.

right, both parents do not need to be there.

i went alone to register my ds. just take all the necessary documents along and that is all that is needed.
