This morning when I go buy breakfast at the BT wet market, I purposely drove past blk 5. Whoa it's almost like a dead end; the nearest roundabout is at Blk 7. If you have one inconsiderate driver, the whole system breaks down. For me, I would rather park at Blk 9 and just make my way to the back gate. At least my car will escape the jam.
Supposing Wilson parking is implemented to drive into Toh Yi estate, many cars will want to drop off their kids FAST and get out EVEN faster to avoid paying (supposing there is a 10 min grace period).
I am against closing the backgate as it will inconvenience those staying nearby walking kids to school. -

no 'traffic warden' this morning (b4 7am) and I saw many inconsiderate drivers alighting their kids and as usual, making a turn in front of Blk 4&5 to move out... :mad: and my boy said... \"aren't they supposed to go into Blk 7 to turn out?\"... well, what a bad example these parents were...since PHPPS is gd in 'marketing' the GOLDEN NAMES... maybe they should 'market' to the kids about the right way to come to school using the backgate...
Also, I agreed that the OM is a GREAT guy :salute: !

I agree. if we have paid for the magazine, why still need sponsorship? if the magazine is free, i can understand the need for sponsors. if it is to raise funds for school, then they should just say so, nothing to hide.

Witnessed an ugly parent scolding the OM at the top of his voice just now. It was ugly. Don't think any PV would want to do this kind of 'job' to chalk up hours...facing such selfish people. Really pity the OM.
Is this OM the old, tall and thin guy who sometimes does not wear uniform? He looks friendly. but there is another guy in uniform who is quite strict and quite unfriendly too. -

I agree.. sometimes teaching kids instead.. can be very effective.. just got 'lectured' by my boy about jaywalking.. 'cannot say try mommy! just don't do it!!' hahaha :oops:maybe they should 'market' to the kids about the right way to come to school using the backgate...

told my boys, u cannot jaywalk by yourselves.. but if mummy bring you, can la :oops: .. my hubby said I double-standard and confuse them
