Just to share this great book I just read: "I Choose Us" by John and Karen Louis. You can read more on amazon. The book’s available in the libraries and Kinokuniya. Great for understanding yourself and your partner and why you react the way you do or fight over the same things over and over again. Lots of advice of how to be vulnerable and prevent conflict escalation. Also helps you be a better parent so you can help your kids avoid developing lifetraps - basically hangups they carry into adulthood.
