Anyone registering for nan hua pri phase 2b? What are your views? Do you think need to ballot this year? Within 1pm? within 2km? more than 2pm?
I am monitoring P2B. However, i think my chance is slim cos >2km. sigh!!!

Dear all,
To-date as cut off at 11am, South View already have 60 applicants registered.
So hot, did u register 1st? -
CayennePepper:
Wah... Ai Tong has 100 applicants for the first day of 2A2!
yah, so shocking to see the stats! :yikes: -
Let's hope tomorrow will not have anymore shocking numbers..
:xedfingers: -
I was at APS today too! No 25. Waited for 2hrs too. Their admin is so inefficient. I wonder how they handle phase 2c.
-
Day 2 of P2A2 should not be having too shocking numbers as most will hv registered on Day 1. I think once settled P2A2, most parents hv better idea of vacancies for P2B and P2C.

Relax! Maybe these people already went back to the school in the afternoon to register again. No worries ok! :hugs: -
For parents worrying about having to ballot in Phase 2A2, relax. That's not going to happen.
Traditionally, the hotter the school, the more likely is the bulk of the people eligible for Phase 2A2 to be registered on the FIRST day. Popular schools like Nanyang Primary will only have between 10-30% more registrants on the 2nd day, with respect to the entire Phase 2A2.
So if you want to predict the total number of registrants for a particular school, just take the first day's number and multiply by 150%. That will give you the upper bound for that school.
Of course, for the less popular schools with 0 registrants on the 1st day, that single registrant on the 2nd day will be 100%
That doesn't count.
So, just relax...
