Hello, My kids are P1 & P5 in TPS.

Hi, my son is in P1 and was recently bullied in school. Both his forehead and legs were injured when we picked him up from school.


Initially he was reluctant to say what happened. Later he told us that a boy has asked him for money, and when my son refused, the boy pushed my son to the floor. Apparently it was a hard push as my son head got bang to the floor and injured his forehead from the push. According to my son, this boy has been asking money from other students as well.

Did any of your kids (esp in P1) has similiar experience?

Which class is he in ? My son got bullied oso by students like having his wallet thrown into drain & water bottles get kicked during recess time.
My son has Adhd...& sometimes got abused by teachers too. Tot of transfer him out as the teachers there not train in special needs.

Hi, got rejected as parent volunteer for Temasek Primary School. My son will be in P1 in 2013. We are within 1km but still can’t get in. Had 2 missed calls from the school when we were away for 3 weeks during the school holiday. Had told the personnel attending to me when I submitted the pv form (and I submitted early) that I will be out of town so please please email if they couldn’t contact me on my mobile. We were really disappointed when we were told of the unsuccessful application when I returned their call on the day we came back. They just told me that the decision is final.

If you're within 1km you can still try for Phase 2C. And keep calling the school. Maybe some parents may drop out of PV?

I did call them many times and made know my sincerity but they told me that they already have addition 10 percent of the PVs in case someone decided to drop out. Sigh… Thinking to try ACS or St Stephen’s…

Anybody know the number for the school bus vendor? I can’t find it in the School website (most of the other schools have listed their vendor online, but not Temasek)… I called the school but they are too busy to entertain my queries… Thanks in advance…

Actually ''althea_baby\", you do not need to join the alumni to qualify as you can register under Phase 2A2, child whose parent had studied in the school. I enrolled my elder gal (she's in P2 now) this way.

Hi, DD in P2 too! She got in coz DS1 was in same school. 2005 when registered for DS1, no balloting needed for 1km. So was quite lucky as now DD & DS2 gets to enjoy the priority in the enrolment.

Passed yrs records bellot within 1km and this yrs moe decide reduce 30 seats from 270 to 240 Ai......

Last year no ballot. vacancy = application within 1km.

but since last year there are many PRs taking up the blocks of flats from Blk 46 to Blk 50, all within 1km, so citizens will be facing a lot of competition.

Wonder why parents need to pay school fees for schools don't really like kids to go in to :?
