Hi Chief,

I notice the server time seems to be off by 8 hrs. It's 12.44 noon now but the time is displayed as 04.44. :? :scratchhead:

I think your timezone setting is off. Do you still have that problem?

[BigDevil]

Chief, I have that same problem whenever I update my avatar (dunno editing other parts of my profile will affect it or not…never try).

But it will somehow resolve itself after a while, so I didn’t complain about it.

I had the same problem last week when I didn't log on using a particular laptop for a week or so. Merely reset the clock and it was resolved.

when attaching a pic from imageshack in a post, I get a message something like ‘cannot determine the size of the picture’.

is this forum img attachment not compatible with imageshack?

Question : How do I turn-off email notifications of replies in threads I participated in ? I remember I read about this but I can’t find the post now. Thanks in advance.

unclick the box \"Notify me when a reply is posted\" at the bottom of the box, which was by default ticked

[BigDevil]

Go to User Control Panel.

On the left, under Options, click Board Preferences

Then click Edit posting defaults

Choose No for Notify me upon replies by default and save.

This way, you don't have to untick the notification box for every thread you posted in.
