Yes, my ex-maid lied she wanted a change of employer because my house was too huge for her. She lied that I was living in a huge bungalow and she had to take care of 5 huge dogs!!! Can you believe that?!

The most urgent policy is to regulate MAID AGENCIES. Stop this transfer policy, make them resposible for bringing maids that are properly trained. Stop passing the buck to employers.

I found out when her potential employer called me for reference check. :evil: :lol: Heaven's on my side man! :lol:

DH and I also went to ex-maid's agency that she's been liaising with. We were shocked to see so many bio-datas of all the current maids who have gone to this agent during their off days and even to the extent of conducting interviews and selection.

Of course I saw my maid's bio-data among that stack. Gosh, she lied about house, about the dog, about the number of kids I have, the number of years she worked with me and also inflated her salary! :yikes: :faint:

Hahaha! I told the potential employer the entire truth and left it to her to decide if she wanted her.

Guess what? Of course she said she'll never hire such a great liar!

Oh yes, can you imagine my ex-maid has even gone to the potential employer's apartment for interview during her off-day? :yikes:

I felt like a fool to be kept in the dark and to trust her when she told me her reason for leaving was because she wanted to work overseas for greater exposure and salary! We almost bought her a winter coat! :mad:
