        Hi to all

My ungodly super night owls days are numbered.

Starting a new job soon that requires more attention effort and morning hours so probably have to get to bed early from now on...

No more posting at these hours...haizzz...

Son's sleeping habits are weird from day 1. When he was just a bb, his days were nights and nights were days. It got better after he turned 1 month old.

Now that he's in the morning session, he has to sleep at 4pm. I take a nap too bcos nights are for revision. Just getting homework will not guarantee a PASS. I revise with son until 1130pm.

Hubby knocks out at 10pm bcos he is tired after working on his laptop for whole day and wakes up at 6 to prepare breakfast.

Lights out after 1130pm but yours truly here cannot get to sleep near exam period. The stress and worry of whether sufficient coverage is done is worrying. ๐Ÿ˜ข
Hi Janet, just wondering, does your DS feel tired the next morning when he sleeps at 11.30pm? My DD is just not used to morning sessions and has been napping for 1-2 hours in the afternoon and sleeping at past 9pm last week. I'm worried cos if this goes on, where got time for revision?? :stupid: :stupid:

Curious.....so what time does your child sleep and how many hours of sleep do they have each day? Seems like they study till quite late leh......
Both my kids in morning session, on bed 10pm & up at 6.15am....so ~8 hours daily. No nap.

Me, I used to sleep about 1-2 am. And during the period when I went gaga over korean drama, can sleep at 3-4am but gotta nap in the day time lah.
But with age and extra people plus all the 'running' around, have not been watching KDrama for a year....also been sleeping earlier and earlier....what a waste of time.
