For my #2, we haven decide if we'll try PV for another popular sch or just let him follow jiejie and register under phase 1 yet.

You will have to take into consideration logistics issues, with 2 kids in 2 different schools. Also if you do go for it and your 2nd child is in the popular school, I think it's important that the adults in the family do not compare what the kids are learning in schools. So that the kids will not be negatively affected.

You will have to decide soon, sometimes popular schools have earlier dateline for PV application.
