Feel free to drop by and ask any question. We are all here to learn and share. -
Thanks qms! Here are some of my immediate queries;
Is there another place to buy the school uniform other than the bookshop? If yes, can provide details.
Do the students have name tag to put on the uniform?
Do the students need to put on tie on Monday? (I remember doing it in my times.)
Why did the school allow the sale of junk food? -
Hi bigsnoopy,
(1) What I know that the top is not easy to get, the bottom (short) should be able to get at any shop that sell school uniform
(2) Yes, have name tag. The school would make for you, I think FOC.
(3) Tie so far are wear by the Prefect as far as I know
(4) Is there junk food? Maybe need to go down canteen take a look. -

Why?
You will have to ask the school.
BTW, Mrs Wong visits this forum, too. So, she will be able to answer you through other means. -

Yeah I will be posting some of these questions to the school on day 1. I heard from friends some of the school don't sell junk food and soft drinks at all. unhealthy food like processed food should also be barred. I saw the hawkers using imitation crab stick for the fried rice. I nearly :faint: . Processed food will cause cancer leh. Why?

It's good that she is doing it. Shows that she is concerned in all matters not just the academic results. I remembered when I was in RMPS, I have a very good principal. I think is Mr. Kee or something. He looks after the students in all aspect. When I was stream into a different class away from my peers, I was very down. He was the one who councel me and led me back to the right path. I am very grateful to him. Why?

You can also ask her during the orientation. Don't have to wait till Day 1 of school. -
Well I want to make sure I saw correctly before asking. I don’t think canteen is open on orientation day so cannot verify.

I was from radin mas too and i remember Mr Kee. He was the vice principal during my time
On the subject of junk food, i think parents can also play a part by teaching their children not to buy them. When there's no demand, the vendors may not want to sell them anymore.
