Me more concern about kids expecting aroung 220-235 range with talents in sports/arts. Band 2-4 schs are more suitable for these kids.
Not your own kids. Don't need you to worry. It's up to the school offering.

Doesn't mean that everyone won't be asked on their projects. Some will still be. So just bring something the kid is confident about and can talk about. After all, it's not difficult to talk about something you created and you're proud about.

Tks for the advice Jtoh...anyway...after all the  still have to kuai kuai bring along lah πŸ˜‰

btw, what this PSLE 250 about?...think i slept thru the GE meeting

Someone mentioned that to be promoted to GEP in secondary school, you need to meet a PSLE score of 250. Other parents do not recall hearing it.

As far as the official MOE statement on their site goes, this is what it says:

After Primary 6, promotion to the next level of gifted education is based on:

              1. performance in the GEP from Primary 4 to 6, including a pass in Social Studies
              2. attitude towards work and the enrichment programme
              3. performance at the PSLE
[/quote]Tks jtoh...tt's what i understand too (as long as they meet the basic req to enter express stream)...may be the 250 point has something to do with EESIS?

When will NUSH inform the shortlisted pupils for the camp? Some said tomorrow?
