ya, very excited and anxious. it is a tense time of the year.
admittedly mine is nothing compared to some others here, but still.... when i heard your dd2 classmates, my own ds2 classmates, and even all those spillover from Rulang phase2b, can't help feeling the heat.

this is the first time i am feeling like that lei. ds1's time was quite relaxed cos CPS had vacancy and it was CPS we wanted anyway.

now since Dh set his sights on Frontier cos it's nearer and new, feeling the excitement in here when the jurong west thread was so hot. initially i felt Frontier may not have many applicants cos it's new without track record. looks like JW parents do not have much choice cos all the popular schools are so full...

Actually from where I stay and my DD2's classmate - we do not have direct bus to Frontier. Literally all have to take a feeder at JP Bus Interchange...( I also don't know what bus no.??)...so to me - transportation is top priority esp when my two DDs are in upper primary, I will train them to take the public transport.

Somehow, remember what we discussed in CPS thread? The bus service in our JW area are not that \"flexible\"! :frustrated:

Doubt will let him join any cca unless he really wants.

ya, i also need to sleep earlier actually.

no choice, seems like after i finish the chores and nursing bb, then it's around 11pm to midnight and that's when it is finally me time.

to give up the me time and sleep, is somewhat of a waste to me, so i usually check email, FB and KSP.

but if this happens consecutively for many nights, then i regret it in the morning when i wake up, cos will be v zombified.

And u still wake up so early? thumbs up for u!

abt CCA, like i mentioned, it is optional for lower Pr. your choice, or your dd choice.


most start at p3 or 4.

for my ds1, he has passion for this and he wanted to join it himself, so i let him. since he likes it, he doesn't complain he's tired or whatever. plus, P1 and 2 not much homework or stressful exams, so he can spend his time on such pursuits.

also, he doesn't have external enrichment or tuition, except 1x weekly piano, so he's actually very free and i do welcome the days he stay back in school for CCA, cos i get some time to spend with ds2 and get more chores done too. kekekeke

Next year dd in Pri 1... I want to find excuse to \"disappear\" liao... rather spend my time to teach dd... and more family time

My dd sleeps from 10.30pm - 7am... (cos' need to send wifey to work)... continue sleep in car (1/2 hr, but quite disruptive... PCF @ 8am)... still take afternoon naps (1hr)...
Next year Pri 1 afternoon session... sure doze off in class... else have to ask wifey to go work on her own liao.

Pri 1 got compulsory swimming classes? I just started my dd with this... at least she's enjoying it. The swim coach ask dd to jump, she jump... I ask her to jump, she said she scared. :faint:
