The funny thing is the letter did not spell clearly that you have got a place. The 1st piece of paper is really just the form u filled in on that day. From what I know on PV mtg day is that there are a total of 72 PV, but now 59 vacancies.
Also dunno have any grassroots anot, so think tonight I can' t sleep well le bah.

Dont think they are so efficient lor.. They will make u wait until November or December.. In same cases, the texbook can be sold out and when school start, the book is still not here yet. That's why I so kan cheong and want to get everything ASAP.

There has been no balloting for RMP under P2B for the last 5yrs. Think this yr, there are cases whereby schools have no history of balloting for the past 5 yrs but the registration rate for Phase 1 to P2A2 increased, affecting P2B and P2C

It can also be that since previous yrs, there was no 100% take up under P2B, so this yr, they take a few more. Wait till the kaypo bug bit me, then I go calculate the data
