oh, yes, how can i forget about sardine sandwiches. i love it mashed with plenty of chilli sauce (must be homemade) or lots of chilli padi and have them toasted. delicious eaten by itself or dip into coffee.
Actually Reading What U Ladies Talk About how U prepare Sardine Reminds me ....
Of How I Cannot Stand to Take Sardines ....

Years Ago when I stayed in the Hostel,
Some Bright Soul Organised a Big Block Party ....
And I Was Assigned to Prepare Sardine Sandwich, with a couple of my Mates .... For the Whole Block of Gals and Guys

The Pantry was Jam Packed with ppl, So Our Group of Gals decided to Shift ALL the Mountain of Sardine, Butter, Onions, Bread .... etc to .... My Hostel Room ....

What a Big Mistake that is .... For ME!
The Smell of Sardine Stayed in My Room ....
Permeating ALL things, ALL Fabrics, everything ....
      For Days! :scared: :scared:

      And I End Up ....
      Eat .... Sleep .... Study .... Live .... Breath ....
Of Sardines Smell for almost 1 Week! :faint: :faint:

And Ever Since then, I'm Cured of Sardine .... For LIFE!
      😉 😉

yes...........[/quote]Just curious to know. Do you discover this way of eating bread on your own or your parents and siblings also do this, and there's a big pot of coffee in the centre of the table and everybody dipped their bread in?
