Hi Kabalevsky,can'tbearit,
your girls go to JE MMI for enrichment right? do they need to wear school uniform?
I'm going to enrol dd for the playgroup at the JW MMI and they said I needed to buy the uniform which costs almost $20. It's $19.20 to be exact.
Since it's just a playgroup, I'm like :yikes:!
Anyone here has a MMI uniform for girls aged 18mth to 2yo to give away or sell? Please PM me!
My DD2 goes to CS Montessori for juz e weekly phonics lesson. sean wife's gals go to JE MMI.

thanks for your replies. oh dear, wonder why this branch needs uniformโฆ

I reckon most commercial centres will require students to don uniforms for weekday lessons, Kabalevsky..
-
oic, i thought it is a ploy to make us not want to waste the uniform and hence stay with them for a longer period than desired.

and hey, buds, old friends already, don't call my full name.

That's another theory that i never thought of honestly..

Hokay then, old friends can call 'real' name then issit? -

Aiyo, but no one at hm even wif transport cos DH may go for last min meeting or worst still overseas. My mom prefers full day childcare if given a choice (hee....) cos she told me she needs a break. :faint: I can perfectly understand as she's getting of age & \"machinery\" breaking dn.
My DS3 is getting her hands full so she's hoping I can send him to a fullday childcare asap. On e other hand, ah ma being ah ma, worried abt him being bullied (cos his verbal development quite slow, still babbling only). sigh.
I meant transport arrangement to send to your mom's place dear.
Cos as of now, she is still taking care of all 3 right? One of the other reasons i sack my boss was similar to your situation now. My mumsie wasn't in the best of health, never been in the pink of health to begin with and she already show white flag when she got wind of my 2nd pregnancy. She cannot handle more than DD1 who was already a handful by then. Your mom has sound concerns. Can tell that even though she is worn out with 3 children to care for, she still has their best interests at heart. :hugs: You are fortunate to have her help out. Your children are fortunate to have a caring gramma. :love:cantbearit2:
I am very happy to hear of your DH's support! :celebrate: Buds_hubs had his reservations too until he saw with his own eyes how his children progressed so much so that he prolly didn't want to consider even sending them to kindy back then. We signed up late for DD1 for kindy and when asked what are the stuff she can do then, the P and teacher gotta shock and said she was soo advanced. They were worried she would be bored. They also asked how to teach children until that far. I offered to teach all the teachers in the school introduction to Phonics during the hols for free.On e bright side, DH seems 2b v supportive of tis whole Montessori saga. :imcool: He agrees tat we can free up time if no add'l enrichm is required by sending em to a preschool which preps em well.
We shall see.....update u agn.

A couple of members gave good reviews on a Shekinah Montessori but i think it was a childcare, that's why i asked if you've recced one near where you reside... I see if i can dig out where. As for Shekinah, I have checked out only one of the enrichment branch (no childcare) but failed to convince me to sign up. Mayb IM too picky.

hi sean wife,
do update us abt e weekly montessori maths lesson. My DD2 (oso 4 y.o) is starting her 1st lesson tml for weekly montessori phonics :xedfingers: She is super duper clingy, i hope she doesn't cling on to me & not go in. :faint:
buds is v much sought aft leh. If she starts e class, too many parents wan to join, mayb need balloting liao, like our P1 registration sys. Dun forget she doesn't have all e time in e world wif 3 kids in tow.
