Means only the 42 <1km gets a chance to ballot. The rest automatically out.

Plus whoever registers tomorrow who are <1km.

Thks... Bishan St 24 is too far from my house, I'm staying @Bishan St 12. I have visited Bishan 3in1, it's kind of over populated.

Most likely these are the PVs who have spent 40 hours with only the school. So, since you have already carried out your duties as a PV, might as well apply even though you can't get in. Anyway, you can't apply with other schools in P2B. No harm registering. Show the school you are really keen with the school, and perhaps the school will put you higher up in the waitlist?

If KCP usually has vacancies at 2C then I suggest you try ATS first since you're less than 1km so give it a try! You never know, you might just get lucky :xedfingers:
