Looking at the data, assuming it is the final result for P2B that,

For 28 places, those within 2km would sure able to fill up the slots.
Care to interpret what chance do I have?

Frankly speaking, if I were you, I would stay put at SV. Looking at the statistics so far, and looking at past statistics, the chance of getting in is not high (having said that, I know of someone who stayed > 2 km away from the school and managed to get balloted in during P2B last year). I would rather go for something certain than \"experience\" balloting.

If you are really keen in NH, you should just waitlist your child in the school after the whole P1 registration is over.
