Hi all, I am very new to this website and this forum but was a silent reader and totally enjoy the supportive spirit here :lol:


Just checking, I recently moved to hougang and just found out that holy innocent's is within 1 km from my new place. What is the chance of balloting under phase 2c. If I don't interpret wrongly (totally clueless), there will be 55 places allotted for phase 2c this year right?

fr their past balloting histories, phase 2C require to ballot even for those who r staying less than 1KM. im also registering my gal under phase 2C. hope we’ll b lucky cross fingers

I really hope both of us need not have to go through balloting for Phase 2C within 1 km… I am hoping for the best (since there are so many surprises in other schools this year, I hope that one of the surprises will be no balloting for HIPS within 1km for 2C:))

During your year, was there a very heavily subscribed situation for within 1km, like 100 kids vying for 50 vacancies?

Yes, my kids is happy studying in HIPS.
